We function like a title company for secondary technology assets. We certify the transaction — not the clinical application. Chain of custody, provenance, entitlement, and condition on every unit.

Legal proof of possession on file for every unit. Bill of Sale, Default Notice, or Lease Release required before any asset enters the pipeline.

Entitlement Recovery
Serial number fully released from all prior accounts. No unit may be certified while carrying an active prior-owner registration.

Data Sanitization
DoD-level factory reset on every unit. All prior IP, configuration, and user data purged and verified before certification.

Performance Validation
Physical integrity confirmed, firmware restored, and active benchmarking completed. All ports and components verified as described.

Every CPG-Certified unit that has shipped through the Price Right Depot channel has performed as described. No exceptions. That record is the proof of concept for the certification process.
